The construction showcases a blend of modern techniques and traditional materials. The building features a robust reinforced concrete frame, allowing for its distinctive stepped façade and split-level apartments. Its striking exterior combines brickwork with glazed panels to reflect the surrounding architecture, while sustainable design principles include energy-efficient systems and high-quality insulation. 

The structural design centres around a robust reinforced concrete frame, which not only provides exceptional structural integrity but also serves as the architectural interior finish. The fair-faced board-mark concrete enhances the aesthetic appeal, showcasing the raw beauty of industrial materials while creating a sophisticated urban ambiance.
