The Grazing Goat Hotel has been redeveloped enhancing its reputation as a boutique destination that combines comfort, character, and charm. Situated above the iconic pub of the same name, the hotel now offers eight beautifully designed guest rooms, each providing a unique blend of classic and contemporary style. The redevelopment preserved the building’s historic charm while incorporating modern touches to elevate the guest experience.

The structural works modernised the building while preserving its historic character. The front façade was restored, and a single-storey rooftop extension was added. A rear extension enhanced capacity and functionality, while the adjoining mews house was fully refurbished, creating a cohesive, modernised space that complements the hotel’s boutique appeal.
