Victorian home transformation with open-plan living and a striking garden office.
This Victorian-era terraced house in Balham underwent a ground floor refurbishment, transforming the space into a bright, open-plan living area. The project included a full-width rear extension, where steel framing and exposed glulam timber beams were used to create a striking and spacious interior.

In addition to the main house, the project included structural landscaping and a garden office featuring a cantilevered wall structure with a wraparound corner window, a standout feature that blends function with modern design.
