The design of high specification residential projects for private clients and developers has always formed part of Form’s workload. Our staff have extensive residential experience, both new build and refurbishment, and a keen interest and understanding of architectural design. We strive to achieve architectural intent from design stage to on site completion, helping the contractor to deliver.

The majority of our high specification residential work is in the London boroughs of RBKC, Westminster, Camden, Hammersmith & Fulham and Wandsworth however we also undertake interesting commissions across the UK if requested. We are familiar with all house construction types and the ground conditions in London. This, combined with our knowledge of period and contemporary architecture, enables us to provide excellent engineering advice from pre-acquisition to practical completion of a project.

Our approach is to be a proactive design team member that contributes positively from start to finish. With our wealth of experience and knowledge, we enjoy providing the best engineering solutions to architecturally and technically challenging projects ensuring the success of a project both visually and financially.
