Education

Form has now undertaken a number of government and private education projects and is installed as an approved engineering contractor with several local authorities. We are in the process of joining the government’s national framework agreement which should lead us to many more education projects in the future.

Our projects range from small primary schools to large higher education buildings, both new build and refurbishment, using the full range of construction methods and materials: steel frames, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, loadbearing masonry and timber. These projects bring with them their own key requirements:

• Careful sequencing and phasing of works
• Detailed method statements to consider the environment
• The ability to meet deadlines and stay on programme

Foresight and excellent planning are integral parts of success in the education sector and we feel that this, along with the core engineering skills we possess at Form makes us perfectly suited to all types of government and private education projects.
