Located in the heart of London’s design hub, Clerkenwell, Form operates from an open plan studio environment with a friendly and relaxed but busy, professional atmosphere.

We recognise that staff are the most important component of a successful practice and to ensure we attract and retain the best staff, the environment at Form has been tailored to provide a stimulating studio focused on facilities, training and a varied, interesting workload. Teamwork and a good social bond between staff is encouraged with social and sporting events provided by the practice throughout the year.

Form prioritises investment in up to date design and detailing software, providing training to all staff to ensure the practice and individuals’ potential is maximised. Staff are encouraged to expand their experience and level of responsibility by working on all types of projects across the refurbishment and new build spectrum. Training is provided for technicians and engineers, with external courses, in-house lunchtime CPD seminars and knowledge sharing sessions presented by senior engineers.

Our mentoring programmes, for both engineers and technicians, ensure each individuals’ development is carefully guided to create well rounded professionals with broad ranging experience and all the necessary confidence, tools and skills to work at the highest levels of the construction industry. We provide graduate development programmes for both ICE and ISE chartership.

Form is always looking for talented and enthusiastic engineers and technicians to join the practice.
